Thoughts on 17.2
I'm not going to lie. When I heard the announce I thought WTF. Then I gave it some thought and well this workout is kind of my jam, minus the dumbbell cleans.
So it went a little something like this. I paced it a tad too slow, but got 12 bar muscle ups before the 12 minute timer. While I'm happy with my performance I'll be redoing the workout today. Ideally I would like to get to the second round of bar muscle ups, but we'll see how things go. I'll post an update later today.
UPDATE: Redid it. Pushed it hard which gave me more time on the bar mu's, but also gassed me. Ended up with 13 bar mu's but a faster tie breaker time. Need to work on breathing.
